Terms of Use of Fitness Gym

FUTATABI FUTABA FUKUSHIMA (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) has established these Terms of Use for the Fitness Gym operated by the Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the “Facility”), under the provisions set forth below, in accordance with Article 11 of the Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Contracts, in order to ensure the safe and comfortable use of the Facility by the Hotel guests. We ask for your cooperation in abiding by these Terms of Use.

  1. The Facility is available only to the guests staying at the Hotel
  2. Please wear training wear and training shoes when using the Facility (Rentals are not available.)
  3. Those to whom any of following items applies shall not use the Facility:
    • (1) those who are an organized crime group or other anti-social forces or related persons thereof;
    • (2) those with tattoos or other similar stickers;
    • (3) those who are under the influence of alcohol;
    • (4) those who have a heart disease or an infectious disease or those who are prohibited to exercise by a doctor;
    • (5) those who are not feeling well;
    • (6) those who are under 16 years old.
  4. In an emergency or if you are feeling unwell or get injured, please immediately contact our staff.
  5. Smoking is prohibited within the Facility.
  6. Please do not bring in food and drink (other than drinks for hydration).
  7. Please leave your valuables in the safe in your room.
  8. Please understand that the Hotel is not responsible for any loss of your belongings or room key, any theft, or any trouble between the guests, etc.
  9. Before using the equipment, please check that it works properly, and if you find any problems, please notify our staff immediately.
  10. Please note that you use the Facility at your responsibility and that the Hotel will not be responsible for any accident or damage compensation.
  11. If you intentionally damage the equipment, we will charge you actual repair expenses.
  12. We may restrict the use of the Facility due to unavoidable reasons for the management and operation of the Facility such as inspection, maintenance or remodeling.
  13. If you cause trouble to other guests or act in breach of etiquette we may refuse you future use of the Facility.
  14. Please do not use mobile phones in the Facility.
  15. When taking photos with a camera or mobile phone, please use care to avoid capturing other guests in the photos.
  16. Please refrain from using every equipment for a long time so that everyone can use it.
  17. Please keep the equipment clean when using it.
  18. Please return the equipment to the original position and restore it to default settings after use.
  19. Matters not provided in these Terms of Use shall be governed by the Hotel’s Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts.
  20. These Terms of Use may be subject to change at any time.
